Product Description

Presented by Abhay Charan Games, this classic jigsaw puzzle depicts the sweet and unforgettable pastime of Yaśodā Dāmodara—mother Yaśodā binding little Kṛṣṇa with love. One day, while she was feeding Kṛṣṇa, Yaśodā had to leave Him for a moment to save the milk boiling on the stove. Feeling displeased, naughty Kṛṣṇa broke a pot of yogurt, climbed upon a wooden mortar, and began stealing butter to share with the monkeys. When mother Yaśodā discovered this, she lovingly chased Him and finally caught Him. Wanting to correct her mischievous child, she tried to bind Him with rope, but each time the rope was short by two fingers. Only when she became tired from her loving effort did Kṛṣṇa allow Himself to be bound. This beautiful pastime teaches children that the Supreme Lord, though unlimited, becomes controlled by the pure love of His devotees.
